Counseling Fees
In order to be available to the South Fort Worth, Crowley, Burleson and surrounding communities, you will find our fees very reasonable as compared to other area professional counselors.
The initial assessment appointment with all our counselors is set at a minimal fee of $45. During this appointment, the counselor will review the Client Information Form (which you must complete prior to this initial appointment) listen to your struggles and desires, and assess the best plan of care for your situation.
The fee for all subsequent appointments will be based on the U.S. Dept. of Health & Human Services Poverty Scale* and fees will range from $45 to $115 per session.
We look forward to meeting you and helping you to plan your course of treatment.
If the counseling appointment is for a Minor Child, then the first appointment will be with one or both (preferably) parents. If the parents are divorced or this is a guardianship situation, then we are required by the State of Texas to have on file a copy of a court ordered Child Custody paperwork, before the child can begin therapy.
*Please note: You may be asked to provide a copy of your 1040 Federal Tax return for verification.
**A typical client hour is 45 – 50 minutes for adults and 30 – 45 minutes for adolescents or children due to their limited attention span.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the high volume of clients seeking our services, we require that you attend all scheduled sessions unless we are notified 24-hours in advance. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that if for some reason you did not receive an automated email or text message reminder of your appointment, you are still responsible to give 24 hours notice according to the cancellation policy. If appropriate notice is not given, then you will be charged “in full” for your missed session.
Psychological Testing Fees
An initial evaluation as well as a results session is included in the fee for psychological testing. Fees vary according to which assessments are administered. For more information on fees please contact one of our Counselors. Currently we do not submit insurance claims but will provide you with a detailed receipt for your own submission, if requested. We do accept payment in the form of cash, check, and most major credit cards.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate”
explaining how much your health care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises, call 1-800-985-3059, or our office at 682-207-4824
